After verifying all details, a written confirmation document will be formulated as the basis for subsequent production.
2. Sample Production and Confirmation
Produce samples in accordance with the confirmed requirements, with all customized details (e.g., material, craftsmanship, typesetting) fully presented in the samples. Mass production will be initiated only after the client confirms the samples are error-free.
3. Material Procurement and Pre-Production Preparation
Procure raw materials of the specified materials as per the customization requirements; all materials undergo quality inspection to ensure compliance with standards. Meanwhile, complete pre-production preparations such as production line scheduling and equipment debugging to guarantee the smooth progress of production.
4. Mass Production and Inspection
Launch mass production and operate in strict accordance with sample standards and production specifications. Conduct quality inspections on key processes such as binding and craftsmanship during production; both semi-finished and finished products must pass inspections to prevent defective products from being delivered.
5. Packaging, Warehousing and Logistics Delivery
Upon completion of production, perform packaging as required. After warehousing and quantity verification, arrange logistics delivery according to the client’s needs and provide logistics tracking information to ensure the safe delivery of products.
6. After-Sales Follow-Up and Quality Assurance
After product delivery, proactively follow up on the usage status. For craftsmanship and quality issues caused by non-human damage, provide corresponding quality assurance services and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
