From 2014 to 2026, we have forged ahead through twelve years of ups and downs. Let’s look back on every milestone of Chuangmei’s growth.
Our founder once served as a senior manager at a foreign-funded stationery enterprise, with years of in-depth experience in production management. Having accumulated abundant industry expertise, he conceived the idea of starting his own business back in 2014. In 2020, when the foreign factory suffered poor operation, we took over its operation.
1. Initial Stage
In 2020, Dongguan Chuangmei Paper Products Co., Ltd. was founded in Dongkeng, Dongguan. We started with only a 100-square-meter office space and a small team of 10 people, mainly producing planners and hardcover notebooks.During the exploratory period of 2020 to 2021, we confronted various hurdles including capital shortages and insufficient orders. The team adjusted business strategies and stuck to strict quality standards. In 2021, we partnered with a large listed company, which helped us successfully break into the market and achieve steady growth in order volume.
2. Expansion Stage
In 2022, we expanded our product line to high-value items such as customized gift boxes and cultural and creative accessories, built our in-house design team, and implemented the ISO9001 quality management system.In 2023, we upgraded production machinery and built automated production lines, lifting production capacity by 40% and greatly shortening delivery lead times.
Meanwhile, we developed online marketing channels and launched our Amazon store. By 2024, our annual notebook output reached 1 million pieces, with turnover exceeding 50 million RMB. In 2025, we established a dedicated foreign sales team and launched our official independent website to tap into global markets.
At present, our factory covers an area of 4,200 square meters with over 100 staff members. We are fully equipped with complete industrial-chain production machinery for high efficiency, with production cycles ranging from 2 to 8 weeks. We operate our Amazon store and independent website supported by a professional foreign trade team.Our product range covers business notebooks, premium planners, assorted hardcover notebooks, notebook gift sets, leather covers and packaging materials. We support import & export, OEM and ODM customization services.
3. Future Outlook
The factory has weathered numerous challenges over the years. All Chuangmei staff consistently uphold premium product quality and attentive service standards. We firmly believe quality is the lifeline of our enterprise, and we will never cut corners on materials or craftsmanship for lower pricing.Moving forward, we will greatly expand our processing techniques, focus on high-end notebook manufacturing, upgrade equipment and boost R&D capabilities. We aim to hit an annual turnover of over 100 million RMB and strive to become a benchmark enterprise in China’s paper products industry.
