1、Submit Your Requirements
Specify notebook application scenarios: corporate gifts, business planners, cultural creative journals, gift box sets, etc. Confirm dimensions, binding styles, materials, craftsmanship, order quantity, budget and delivery time. We will promptly work out suitable solutions for you.
2、Design Service
You may provide complete PDF or AI design files. If you do not have a layout, we can supply template references. Texts, color codes and dimension ratios will be double-checked thoroughly to prevent printing errors.
3、Quotation
Once the design draft is confirmed, we will send you a detailed quotation based on your customized craftsmanship, materials and order volume.
4、Sampling
Physical samples will be produced strictly per finalized artwork. The cover texture, printing colors, binding firmness and writing paper quality of inner pages are fully displayed. Mass production only proceeds after your satisfaction with samples.
5、Order scheduling and material preparation
Sign a formal sales contract upon sample approval to lock production lead time. We will prepare raw materials including paper, PU/leather, ink and metal accessories in advance.
6、Mass Production
Multiple production procedures are carried out sequentially: paper cutting, inner page printing, cover finishing and binding. In-process inspections are implemented throughout manufacturing to maintain strict quality standards.
7、Quality Inspection
Every notebook is inspected for defects such as color deviation, scratches, loose pages and crooked binding. Gift box packaging and moisture-proof packing will be done as requested to ensure flawless shipment condition.
8、Shipment & After-sales Service
You may arrange pickup via your logistics agent, or we deliver goods to designated ports. Dedicated staff handles after-sales support; any quality issues will be resolved swiftly. We provide long-term stable supply with full after-sales follow-up.
